The betting season for motorsports begins with the NASCAR all star race, the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum on February 6, 2022. The .25 mile oval inside the 100 year old stadium is sure to entertain racing fans of all kinds. Qualifying races on Saturday and heat races on Sunday leading into the 6pm green flag. NASCAR will take center stage in the sports world a week before the Super Bowl. Kudos to NASCAR for continuing to think outside of the box with these All Star Races. What can we expect from a new car and a new track? Chaos, absolute chaos and a concert from Pit Bull.

It is the first race event that is covered by nearly all the books and there is plenty of action to go around. Here at Burnout Sports we will be making picks throughout the NASCAR, IndyCar and F1 season. We’ll be looking for the best odds on the market, providing insight to our picks and hoping our drivers don’t get punted into the wall with 2 laps to go.

Our bettors will start off with 100 units each and can only bet 10% of their bankroll max per race. (Responsible gamblers over here) We will keep a running total throughout the season and see who comes out on top. We’ll figure out the prize later. Our bettors do not have to bet every race or weekend, but must have at least 100 bets on the season to qualify for a podium. A bettor may re-buy if they go bust, but must pay 10% of their re-buy to the other players as free bets. Let’s call it juice.

No bettors on Burnout Sports are professionals or qualified to give any gambling advice. Feel free to call us out when we lose or praise us when we win, but know we’re making each play just like you, from our couch. This contest is for entertainment purposes only.

Now that we’ve covered all the above. Let’s get to the picks.

Although these gambling sites don’t spend a lot of time on IndyCar, that can be a good and a bad thing. Sites offer a wide variety of bets for every F1 and NASCAR race, but sometimes only offer a “straight winner” bet for IndyCar. The advantage the gambler has after the first practice is knowing which drivers have the pace to qualify up front, therefore beating the oddsmakers . Colton Herta was a driver that ended last season with three wins, all paying +300 or more. There is certainly a strategy when placing bets on IndyCar and we will have you covered throughout race weekends here on Burnoutsports.com. Betting racing is similar to golf, but watching practice speeds and qualifying times should give you a clear vision of the drivers that have the best chance of scoring a win or a podium finish that weekend. With the competition as fierce as it will be in 2022, we are sure to see double digit odds on a few race winners this year, just like we did in 2021 with the likes of Marcus Ericcson, Helio Castroneves and Rinus VeeKay.
